符合 第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972, Hudson Valley Community College does not discriminate against students, faculty or staff based on sex in any of its programs or activities, including but not limited to educational programs, employment and admission. 性骚扰, including sexual violence, is a kind of sex discrimination and is prohibited by 第九条 and the college.

For the purposes of compliance with section 106.45 of the 第九条 Final Rules, the SUNY 学生 Conduct Institute's Posted Training webpage includes all training materials created by the 学生 Conduct Institute for member institutions to train 第九条 Coordinators, 调查人员, decision-makers and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process in 第九条 compliance and practices as of Aug. 14, 2020.
